Not compatible with any other devices. The keyboard is easy to use. Note: This keyboard is not compatible with Surface Pro 9/8/10/X, Surface Go3/2/1, Surface Laptops)

MULTI-GESTURE TOUCHPAD: The magnetic keyboard supports all gestures trackpad with left & right clicks. Smart touchpad allows you to use your tab without raising your hand like browsing the web, typing, etc. It allows you to turn your Surface Pro into a laptop.

LONG LASTING BATTERY - It includes a built-in 500mAh rechargeable battery that could extend the battery life, 2-3 hours full charge, work for more than 100 hours, and stand by for 100 days.

TYPE C CHARGING PORT: You can charge your keyboard with USB C corded cable which is included in the package and you can use the keyboard for a long time after one charge.

HOW TO CONNECT

  • Step 1: Before first use, we recommend charging the keyboard for a minimum of 4 to 6 hours.
  • Step 2: Please press ‘Fn + Z’ Keys to start pairing on the Keyboard. The Blue light will start blinking on the keyboard to show keyboard is in pairing mode.
  • Step 3: On your source device, select the ‘Settings’ icon.
  • Step 4: Navigate to ‘Bluetooth’ settings and turn on Bluetooth.
  • Step 5: Select ‘Refresh’ from the settings bar. Your keyboard (Bluetooth Keyboard) will show in the ‘Available Devices’ section.
  • Step 6: Select the keyboard and press Pair or hit enter. You are now connected!

First day use

Hello so I’m trying out my new -Tecphile-1089A-C-Wireless Magnetic Keyboard Case For Surface Pro 3,4,5,6,7 - that I bought from Concept Kart to see if it’s working properly. I’m typing this in the same key board that got delivered today it seems ok for now. As of the keys, it’s very responsive, easy to use and the typing is also comfortable. The type cover is very study and stable while typing which is an advantage considering the fact that it’s extremely light weight. I’m a bit concerned about the charging of the keyboard as the indicator light kept on going off when I tried to charge it so I had to plugging in and out multiple times while charging. The track pad is a bit awkward as of now which I was aware from previous customer reviews. I’ve been pinning over this type cover for a really long time so it makes me really happy to finally get my hands on one after all this time. Let's wait in the upcoming weeks to see if it gives a satisfactory performance.

Good product all in all. Maybe the next iteration could have backlit keys and a bigger trackpad.
