Concept Kart is committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. We ship the orders the same day if placed before 2 PM and if ordered after 2 PM it is shipped the next day within 24 hours. But in the case of holidays & sunday the shipping time may exceed the usual time. We even provide the facility of offline ordering from our Delhi warehouse where we need one hour to get your orders ready for shipment.

Same Day Delivery

Concept Kart offers same day delivery within Delhi for orders above 5K at no additional cost. Even if your order is below ₹5000, you can still request same day delivery with a  nominal additional fee.

Shipping Cost

Concept Kart provides free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. We also provide cash on delivery services with minimal cash handling charges imposed on the orders. 

Tracking Information

When your order gets shipped, we will send you an email/Whatsapp message that will provide the tracking number as well as the details of the courier company. You will be able to track your package within 24 hours of it being shipped out of our warehouse. We ship orders in one day if ordered before 2PM. Delivery Time 

For metropolitan cities, we generally offer next day delivery and for the rest of the cities, it may take 2-7 business days to get your order delivered. Next day delivery is only possible on working days and does not apply on holidays & sundays. To get your orders to you soon, Concept Kart uses the quickest, premium & reliable delivery service providers such as Bluedart, Smartr & more. 

If order dispatched is delayed-

We abide by the delivery times and always make sure that your products are with you at the scheduled times. But, In rare instances if it is delayed and not delivered to you by the expected time you can get in touch with us. Cancellation Policy 

 

Concept Kart offers order cancellation before shipment of the orders. You can make your cancellation request via mail or Whatsapp. However, there are instances where we are unable to process your cancel request. 

Pre Orders - The Preorder can’t be cancelled as they are specifically ordered from the manufacturing companies on your requests.

EMI Orders - The orders placed on EMI basis can not be cancelled and if in some extremely rare cases cancelled, it will be refunded after deducting the applicable bank charges. 

Order Cancellation Due to Certain Reasons - 

There may be certain rare orders that we are unable to accept or fulfil and can be cancelled from our end. Concept Kart has the authority to hold, reject or cancel an order but this will be done in extreme situations only. These situations may include cases of incorrect debit/credit card use, limitation of the product quantities, errors in product or pricing information, customers’ unavailability & more. In the instances where orders are cancelled from our end, we will contact & inform you. 

Change of Delivery Address

Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order is shipped. In case you have input the wrong address, you can pick up your order from the pickup location. For further advice on this please contact us via mail orWhatsapp.
