Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Concept Kart is committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. We ship the orders the same day if placed before 2 PM and if ordered after 2 PM it is shipped the next day within 24 hours. But in the case of holidays & sunday the shipping time may exceed the usual time. We even provide the facility of offline ordering from our Delhi warehouse where we need one hour to get your orders ready for shipment.
In order to report any damage or defect, customers are requested to generate a proper unboxing video covering all corners of packages including AWB (tracking number). It is necessary to provide the video and raise the issue within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Same Day Delivery
Concept Kart offers same day delivery within Delhi for orders above 5K at no additional cost. Even if your order is below ₹5000, you can still request same day delivery with a nominal additional fee.
Shipping Cost
Concept Kart provides free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. We also provide cash on delivery services with minimal cash handling charges imposed on the orders.
Tracking Information
When your order gets shipped, we will send you an email/Whatsapp message that will provide the tracking number as well as the details of the courier company. You will be able to track your package within 24 hours of it being shipped out of our warehouse. We ship orders in one day if ordered before 2PM. Delivery Time
For metropolitan cities, we generally offer next day delivery and for the rest of the cities, it may take 2-7 business days to get your order delivered. Next day delivery is only possible on working days and does not apply on holidays & sundays. If order dispatched is delayed-
We abide by the delivery times and always make sure that your products are with you at the scheduled times. But, In rare instances if it is delayed and not delivered to you by the expected time you can get in touch with us. Cancellation Policy
Concept Kart offers order cancellation before shipment of the orders. You can make your cancellation request via mail or Whatsapp. However, there are instances where we are unable to process your cancel request.
Pre Orders - The Preorder can’t be cancelled as they are specifically ordered from the manufacturing companies on your requests.
EMI Orders - The orders placed on EMI basis can not be cancelled and if in some extremely rare cases cancelled, it will be refunded after deducting the applicable bank charges.
Order Cancellation Due to Certain Reasons -
There may be certain rare orders that we are unable to accept or fulfil and can be cancelled from our end. Concept Kart has the authority to hold, reject or cancel an order but this will be done in extreme situations only. These situations may include cases of incorrect debit/credit card use, limitation of the product quantities, errors in product or pricing information, customers’ unavailability & more. In the instances where orders are cancelled from our end, we will contact & inform you.
Change of Delivery Address
Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order is shipped. In case you have input the wrong address, you can pick up your order from the pickup location. For further assistance on this please contact us via mail.

No, preorders can not be cancelled because they are custom ordered for you and at the same time, we also make a request for your orders which take the prepayments from our end.
Can I cancel my EMI order?
EMI-based orders are non-refundable. In an exceptional case of critical emergency, refunds will be made after deducting the applicable charges.
Do you ship internationally?
No, as of now Concept Kart does not offer international shipping.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, We offer free shipping on all your pre-paid orders within India.
How long does standard shipping take?
We provide same-day shipping for any order which is done before 2PM. And if the order is placed afterwards, we provide next day shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
No shipping address can not be changed in any condition. But there is an option for you to take parcels on your own from the pickup location. For more help you can reach us!
What happens if my package is lost during shipping?
In the event that your package is lost during shipping and has not been received by you, please contact our customer service team immediately for further assistance. We will contact our courier service provider and in such a case we will be providing you with the replacement of the product.
What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?
In case you receive your order in a damaged condition, you can contact our customer support team right away for assistance. Send us the recorded video that is made while opening the packaging. We won’t be able to assist you without a recorded video of the product you have received.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, Concept Kart does offer same day delivery within Delhi on all orders above 5k. For the orders below 5k, you can make a request at minimum extra cost.

A pre-ordered item is generally defined with a time frame for the duration of which we will have to find the item exclusively for you. For you to pre-order a product means that a product is specifically ordered for you from the brand. This could be extended if the suppliers are out of the product.
