All products are eligible for replacement under our ten-day replacement policy in case you receive a product damaged, with a manufacturing defect, incorrect, and/or with missing accessories. In such a case, kindly raise a return request within 10 days of delivery.
In case you receive a product with a missing, incorrect, or faulty accessory, a replacement accessory will be delivered, NOT another unit of the entire product.
Please make sure that the product is in the original packaging including all the accessories it came with. You may be asked to share images of the product and the packaging received for us to determine the damage or defect prior to approving the return request.
The replacement will be shipped only once the original product is returned to hub, inspected by the technician, and the reported issue is confirmed.
A replacement will be issued only if:
- the original product is found to be defective beyond repair,
- it is determined that the product was damaged in transit, and not in the consumer’s possession,
- the returned product is not different from what was shipped, and
-
the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories within).
Ineligible products:
- Products that have a defect after 10 days. Please raise a warranty claim or service request in this case with the authorized service partner.
- Incorrect or damaged products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products that have been mishandled and therefore damaged.
- Accidental orders that weren’t cancelled before dispatch.
- Customized products like custom IEMs, or custom cables.
- Accessories like ear tips, earpads, earphone accessories, cables, and smart wrap are consumables. These are not acceptable for hygiene reasons.
- Pre-owned products.
Do keep in mind that if you don't like the way it sounds, burning in* your headphones may improve the overall sound. If you’re not happy with the fit, changing the ear tips can improve the listening experience. We recommend you try these tips before requesting for an exchange.

If your return request is accepted, you will be provided with the return shipping details, as well as instructions on how to prepare your package to be picked up. Items sent back without raising a prior request will not be accepted. In case replacement is not an option, you will receive a full Store Credit in your Concept Kart account so that you may choose another product from our website which would be more suited to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
We usually ship orders on same day if ordered before 2 pm, and within 24 hours if ordered later (except on holidays/Sunday) from one of our domestic warehouses based out of Delhi. An order can be cancelled only before it has been shipped.
- In case of cancellation, a refund will be issued and may take 24-48 hours to process.
- During the refund process, transaction charges/platform fees for EMI will be deducted.
- Pre-orders and bespoke items are non-cancellable due to limited stock made available as per orders.
- All eligible refunds will be credited back to the accounts from which the purchases were made within 4-5 business days.
