NiPO N2 Upcoming Flagship ES9039S Pro Portable Music Player

NiPO is a new name in the international market, they are the leading and innovative brand in Mainland China with a primary focus on developing professional-grade HiFi portable audio players. After a deep R&D for over four years, NiPO developed their flagship N2 portable music player. The goal of N2 was to achieve a player that matches or surpasses the performance of desktop-level systems. The NiPO N2 was released earlier this year with a limited run of just 50 units that disappeared within just a few days in Mainland China itself and never made it to the international markets. NiPO N2 is designed to compete and surpass the performance of flagship-level Desktop systems. The player houses the flagship ES9039S Pro DAC chip from ESS Sabre Technologies. It’s their current flagship offering an extra-ordinary performance with industry-leading SNR, DNR, and Distortion performance in decoding high-resolution PCM, DSD, and MQA audio signals.

Fully Discrete & Feedback-Free Circuit Architecture:-

NiPO N2 adopts a fully discrete and feedback-free output circuit design that completely cuts off the transient intermodulation distortion caused by the induced electromotive force feedback. The output result of the NiPO N2 is extraordinary, it’s super clean, super natural, super realistic, and consistent throughout the frequency band.

High-Power Amplification With SLEA Super Linear Headphone Amplifier:-

In order to get a strong output performance through the N2, NiPO Audio has designed the player with a SLEA(Super Linear Headphone Amplifier) consisting of 8 pairs of 6A complementary pairs. The N2 has an ultimate output power of about 2530mW, and with its ultra-linear design architecture, the N2 is compatible with high-power requirements as well as high-sensitivity headphones and in-ear monitors.

Digitally-Controlled Resistor Volume Control:-

NiPO N2 has ultra-precise volume adjustment with its Digitally Controlled Resistor Volume Control(DRVC) function. The effect of this is equal to 100 relay switching with a precision of one-thousandth of an error for both left and right channels. Since the volume relay is controlled digitally, there is no audible noise floor while using the volume pot.

Great Output With Fantastic Current Mirror I/V Conversion:-

NiPO N2 adopts a precisely designed current transmission I/V circuit. It is designed with selected 240 transistor pairs with no feedback design, a simple, single-usage path providing optimal performance. This helps in achieving a neutral and natural tuning with the NiPO N2.

Dual Headphone Output Ports:-

NiPO N2 houses dual headphone output ports featuring a 3.5mm single-ended port and another 4.4mm balanced port. The balanced output has a strong output rating delivering up to 2530mW of clean output at 32Ω of impedance load. At the same load, even the single-ended 3.5mm port provides a fantastic output of up to 633mW at 32Ω of impedance load.

NiPO N2 is a beast of a device that comes equipped with a MediaTek 8-core 2.0GHz processor, 6GB LPDDR4 RAM, 128GB internal storage, and an open Android 10 OS. The player adopts a high-capacity 8000mAh battery promising an amazing battery life of up to 13 hours.
