Concept Kart Warranty Policy

Customer Satisfaction is our company’s topmost priority. We would like to help you out if you have are facing any issue related to the products that you have bought from our website. Our products usually have a 12-month warranty period unless mentioned otherwise. First of all, we offer ten ten-day replacements for manufacturing defects on all our products. Please make sure you make an unboxing video when you receive the shipment. Do note that this replacement is only applicable to Manufacturing defects in the products. 

If you face any issues with any products from brands such as Sennheiser, Sony, etc., you have to claim the warranty from the brand service centre. For brands that are being marketed by us, such as KZ, AFUL, Binary Acoustics, Effect Audio, HiBy, Shanling, etc. We will help you claim warranty on these brands.

What does our warranty cover?

After the initial 10-day manufacturing defect period is over, we will help you claim the warranty from the brand. This will include either a replacement or repair of the said product as decided by the brand authorities. During the warranty period, if the original manufacturer of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, Concept Kart will (at its sole decision) replace the product at no charge with the same or a comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Concept Kart and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts costs.

Key Points for our Warranty Service:-

  1. If you face any issues and want to claim the warranty. You have to write to us and get your request confirmed with our Customer Care Executive. Raise your warranty request here.

  2. Once approved, you have to ship the product back to us. If your issue is within the 10-day period, we will raise your replacement request from our side. If your issue is raised after the initial 10-day replacement period, you will have to ship the product back to us at your own expense. Kindly share your tracking number with our Customer Care executive after the shipment is done.

  3. We will give you an update once we receive your product.

  4. Our technical team will examine the product for the issues; this will usually take about 2 to 3 days, and you will get an update from our side after this period.

  5. Once the issue is found, we will raise it with the brand. If they assign our team to repair/replace the product, we will give you an update on this, and the repaired/new product will be sent to you in about 8 to 10 days. For 10-day replacement cases, we will ship you the product from our side. For warranty cases, the shipping cost has to be borne by you.

  6. For products that are not available in stock with us or have to be shipped to the brand for repair, they have to be sent to China. We will handle that part for you, but please be patient in such cases as it would take somewhere from 4 to 8 weeks in this complete process. Please be assured, We will try our best to expedite your warranty/replacement request within our team as well as with the brand. 

What our Warranty Policy Doesn’t Cover:-

  1. Personal Preferences/Subjective Opinions: We are sorry, but we won’t be able to help you out in case you don’t like the product. Sound preferences in Audio products are highly subjective. We won’t be able to replace your product if you don’t like it. Please check online reviews before buying. Also note that Products under replacement won’t be exchanged or replaced with other products, or refunded, or converted into Store Credit.

  2. Damaged products: Products that have any cosmetic damage. Products that have been damaged due to improper use or installation won’t be covered under our Warranty Policy.

  3. Not Working in Your Chain: Audio gadgets that are showing issues with your smartphone/audio chain but are working fine with other devices won’t be covered under the Warranty Policy.

Repair/Replacement as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy. Concept Kart shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including, but not limited to: lost data, loss of use of your product, lost business or lost profits.
