Customer Satisfaction is our company’s top priority. We provide thorough assistance in resolving issues related to the products that have been bought from our website. Our products come with a 12-month warranty period, unless mentioned otherwise. We offer a ten-day replacement period for manufacturing defects on all our products. To avail this to its full extent, an unboxing video is required of the concerned product. It must be noted that this replacement is only applicable to manufacturing defects in the products.
For brands that are marketed exclusively by Concept Kart, end-to-end assistance is provided in claiming warranty. For brands that have an extensive market, we connect the consumer with the service centers for further assistance.
What is covered in the warranty?
- After the ten-day manufacturing defect period ends, assistance is provided for claiming warranty from the respective brand.
- Warranty coverage includes replacement or repair of the product as per the brand's guidelines.
- During the warranty period, if a material or workmanship defect is identified and validated by Concept Kart, the company may replace the product free of charge, at its sole discretion.
- Replaced products or parts under warranty will become Concept Kart's property and will not be returned.

After the warranty period expires, consumers must bear all labor and parts costs for repairs or replacements.
Procedure to avail the Warranty service:

Concept Kart is NOT responsible for: -
- Personal Preferences/Subjective Opinions: Sound preferences in audio products are highly subjective. We at Concept Kart list the technical advantages of each product extensively to be able to convey its experiential value accurately. Customers are urged to do their thorough research before making a purchase as it will not be refunded, repaired, or replaced in the event of personal dissatisfaction. Also note that products under replacement won’t be exchanged or replaced with other products, refunded, or converted into Store Credit.
- Cosmetic Damage: Products that have been damaged due to improper use or installation won’t be covered under our Warranty Policy. This includes, but not limited to, scuffs, chips, dents, discoloration, and finish wear on IEMs and accessories, affecting only appearance—not function. Accessories like cables and cases may also show bending, fraying, or surface marks.
- Not Working in Your Chain: Audio gadgets that are showing issues with your smartphone/audio chain but are working fine with other devices will not be covered under the Warranty Policy.
- Consumables: Accessories like ear tips, ear pads, earphone accessories, cables, and smart wrap are consumables. These are not acceptable for hygiene and miscellaneous reasons.
Repair/Replacement provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy. Concept Kart shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including, but not limited to: lost data, loss of use of your product, lost business, and/or lost profits.
