How to Connect with Bluetooth:
step 1: Download Duoco Strip App from Play Store or scan from Manual and download it.
Step 2: Before connecting the Neon Rope lights, ensure that Bluetooth is turned on in your device settings.
Step 3: In the app interface, click on the three dots located at the top left corner.
Step 4: click the below of My devices.
Step 5: Once you've completed these steps, your device should be successfully connected to the Neon Rope lights via Bluetooth.

We usually ship orders on same day if ordered before 2 pm or within 24 hours if ordered later (except on holidays/sunday, where processing times may be higher) from one of our domestic warehouses based out of Delhi. It normally takes around 1 to 5 business days for delivery. We use premium service partners such as Blue dart, DTDC and Delivery for faster and reliable service.
