What is the importance of using a charger and cable that is compatible with the power requirements of your laptop?

• Please ensure that you use a charger and cable that are compatible with the power requirements of your laptop. It is important to use a charger and cable that can provide the necessary power for your specific laptop model
• Make sure that if your laptop requires a 65W charger, both the charger and cable should also support 65W. Using a charger and cable with a different power rating may cause the connector to not work properly.

Can we charge the laptop with a connector and OPPO or Samsung Mobile Charger?

• Charging a laptop using a mobile adapter is not a practical solution due to the mobile adapter's lower power output and inadequate voltage supply. Laptops generally require a voltage of around 20V for efficient charging, which is significantly higher than the typical voltage output of mobile adapters. Attempting to charge a laptop using a mobile adapter is likely to result in incompatibility and non-functional. It is strongly advised to utilize this connector solely with a dedicated laptop charger and GAN Chargers (As GAN chargers support all the protocols but still check before buying).
