FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

At Concept Kart, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across India. Orders placed before 2 PM are usually dispatched on the same working day, while orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched on the next working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from our Delhi warehouse.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Delhi, the next working day in metro cities, and 2–7 business days in other locations after dispatch. We use trusted courier partners, including BlueDart and Delhivery, and share tracking details via email or WhatsApp. For prepaid orders, OTP verification is required at delivery for added security. Share the OTP only after receiving your package.

COD is available for orders between ₹1,500 and ₹10,000, with cash handling charges of ₹50 (up to 1 kg) and ₹100 (above 1 kg), displayed at checkout.
