FOURTH GENERATION ADVANCED CD TRANSPORT

The Shanling CD80II features a fourth-generation dedicated servo system combined with the high-performance HD850 tray mechanism. This advanced setup is derived from Shanling's flagship CD-S100, which ensures highly accurate laser tracking and stable disc reading. The tray-style mechanism provides smooth and reliable CD loading as well as unloading; while also maintaining minimal signal loss and error-free playback. Sub-millisecond tracking precision guarantees consistent and immersive listening experience. Moreover, it also protects the integrity of every CD’s audio data for a flawless experience.

AUDIOPHILE-GRADE DAC AND SOUND QUALITY

Equipped with the Cirrus Logic CS43198 DAC, the CD80II supports high-resolution audio playback of PCM up to 384kHz/32-bit and native DSD256. This DAC offers detailed and transparent sound with rich tonal depth and clarity. Premium Panasonic FC capacitors feed the analog stage and deliver ultra-low noise power filtering, which also reduce ripple and transient distortions. POWERFUL DUAL HEADPHONE AMPLIFIERS

This premium CD player also features dedicated dual SGM8262 amplifier chips for its 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced headphone outputs. The 3.5mm SE output delivers a clean 215mW at 32Ξ©, while the balanced 4.4mm output powers up to 850mW at 32Ξ©. This much power output can easily drive everything from sensitive IEMs to high-impedance full-size headphones. With ultra-low output impedance below 1Ξ©, it ensures hiss-free performance and tight control for accurate sound reproduction across all headphone types.

HIGH RESOLUTION WIRELESS BLUETOOTH STREAMING

Official support for Bluetooth 5.0 enables the CD80II to support high-resolution wireless audio streaming with LDAC, AAC, and SBC codecs. This allows seamless streaming from smartphones, tablets, and PCs without sacrificing sound quality.
