DESKTOP-GRADE AUDIO ARCHITECTURE IN AN ULTRA-SLIM MAGNETIC DAC:

The NiPO COCOM I is a premium magnetic USB DAC and headphone amplifier designed to bring powerful desktop-inspired audio performance to a compact mobile setup. Measuring approximately 6.3mm in thickness and weighing only 28g, it attaches securely to the back of a compatible smartphone and eliminates the inconvenience of a traditional hanging dongle.

At the heart of the COCOM I is the flagship-grade AK4493SEQ DAC, paired with dual SGM8262 headphone amplifier chips and NiPO’s self-developed CMMT current-mirror architecture. This advanced configuration supports high-resolution PCM decoding up to 32-bit/768 kHz and native DSD512, delivering detailed sound reproduction, accurate imaging, and powerful dynamics.

The COCOM I features both 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced headphone outputs, delivering up to 500mW at 32Ω through the balanced connection. Its 0.87-inch OLED display, physical controls, flexible Type-C connector, and PD 60W pass-through charging create a complete portable Hi-Fi solution for compatible USB-C smartphones, tablets, and computers.

The NiPO COCOM I uses the flagship-grade AKM AK4493SEQ DAC to deliver clear details, natural tonality, accurate imaging and powerful dynamics. It supports high-resolution PCM audio up to 32-bit/768kHz and native DSD512, helping compatible music files retain their original depth, resolution and dynamic range.

DUAL SGM8262 AMPLIFIERS WITH POWERFUL DUAL OUTPUTS

Dual SGM8262 headphone amplifiers work with NiPO self-developed CMMT current-mirror I/V conversion architecture to provide strong current delivery, controlled dynamics and clean amplification. The dedicated 4.4mm balanced output delivers up to 500mW at 32Ω, while the 3.5mm single-ended output provides up to 125mW at 32Ω for a wide range of IEMs and portable headphones.

OLED DISPLAY WITH PHYSICAL CONTROLS AND CUSTOM SETTINGS

The integrated 0.87-inch 128 × 32 OLED display shows the active audio format, sampling rate, volume level, gain mode and connection status. Dedicated physical controls provide convenient volume adjustment and menu navigation, along with high and low gain modes, six digital filter modes, six EQ presets and supported coaxial-output functions.

ADVANCED LOW-NOISE INTERNAL AUDIO ARCHITECTURE

Approximately 500 internal components are integrated into the compact aluminium-alloy body, including dual Accusilicon AS318-Lite low-phase-noise crystal oscillators, a 0.8μV ultra-low-noise power supply architecture, Panasonic resistors, Panasonic and Vishay tantalum capacitors and dedicated power-isolation circuitry. This carefully designed architecture helps maintain stable timing, reduce electrical interference and provide a clean listening background with a manufacturer-stated SNR of up to 125dB.

PD 60W PASS-THROUGH CHARGING WITH WIDE COMPATIBILITY

A dedicated USB-C charging input supports up to PD 60W pass-through charging, allowing users to listen to music, play games or enjoy mobile entertainment while charging the connected device. The COCOM I is compatible with supported USB-C smartphones, tablets and computers featuring USB Audio or OTG, while the flexible connector is rated for over 10,000 insertion cycles and more than 2,000 bending cycles. Actual charging performance depends on the connected phone, charger and cable.
