All products are covered by 10 Day Replacement Guarantee. This product is eligible for a free replacement, in case you receive a damaged, defective or different item. Please keep the product in its original condition with all accessories & packaging for a successful return. We may contact you to assess the damage or defect before issuing a replacement. Accessories like cables and eartips are not backed up the manufacturer's warranty.

HIGH-PURITY OFC CABLE
KZ ZVX comes with a high-purity oxygen-free copper (OFC) flat cable that has been designed to provide efficient signal transmission and ensure good sound quality. OFC is a type of copper that has been refined to remove any impurities, which helps to reduce signal loss and distortion.
HD MICROPHONE
KZ ZVX features an in-line microphone that is compatible with standard mobile phone HD calls. The microphone allows you to make and receive phone calls directly from the headphones, without needing to take out your phone. The microphone allows Answer/Hang up the call, short press to Pause/Play, Long press to Reject the call, press twice to Next Song.
COMPLIMENTARY EARPHONE CASE
We provide complimentary earphone case as a good gesture to all our customers to protect IEMs from Scratches, rain/water and dust. High quality leatherette material can prevent moisture. Unique appearance is suitable for carrying. It is soft, comfortable and durable.

Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
At Concept Kart, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across India. Orders placed before 2 PM are usually dispatched on the same working day, while orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched on the next working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from our Delhi warehouse.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in Delhi, the next working day in metro cities, and 2–7 business days in other locations after dispatch. We use trusted courier partners, including BlueDart and Delhivery, and share tracking details via email or WhatsApp. For prepaid orders, OTP verification is required at delivery for added security. Share the OTP only after receiving your package.
COD is available for orders between ₹1,500 and ₹10,000, with cash handling charges of ₹50 (up to 1 kg) and ₹100 (above 1 kg), displayed at checkout.
Delivery may be delayed due to festivals, extreme weather, floods, protests, or courier disruptions. Pre-orders follow the estimated timelines mentioned on their product pages.
