Be sure you need this

I bought the KZ ZS10 Pros and I bought this thinking I would need the upgrade cable after hearing all the complaining of reviewers online about the atrocious brown cable. However, to my pleasant surprise KZ ships the silver upgrade cable with the ZS10 Pros now (Jan 2022). So, bought this prematurely. While the cable is fine and works the same as the brown cable, it just doesn't get tangled up easily. The brown cable gets tangled up just by touching it with one finger (I'm serious, the brown cable is super bad, those reviewers have a point). The silver cable, which comes in the box now is identical to the one here.
If I had to point out any difference, I would say the connector of the upgrade cable has a sleeve around it making it more robust. Apart from that, everything is literally the same. But again, the one that comes in the box is this exact cable as this.

Pros:
Doesn't get tangled up easily
Durable
New, sturdy connector

Cons:
KZ gives this, in-box for free these days (Jan 2022). Make sure you REALLY need one before purchasing.

Works like a charm

Cable does what it is suppose do.

Moreover it is Concept Kart which has impressed me more. The first pair of cable i received were not not functioning. I raised a request for an exchange and within 2 days my issue was resolved. Super quick. This is exactly how customers should be treated and respected. Kudos Concept Kart Team!!!
