Project Ace earphones are manufactured utilizing a handpicked T6063 aluminum alloy. This aluminum is lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant. Unwanted vibrations are eliminated when the audio passes through the rigid shell owing to the aluminum’s high toughness. Project Ace employs CNC machining to guarantee that the density of their earphones is consistent and that their precision is unparalleled. The shells are manually ground, polished, and anodized to ensure they’re both beautiful and strong for many years.

The Project Ace earphone cable takes a unique approach to sound quality through a combination of different cable types. It uses both coaxial shielded and twisted balanced cables, along with a special Litz type5 coaxial braided cable. This isn't just a mishmash of wires - the eight cores are a complex design that blends copper and copper silver-plated cores in a specific ratio. This combination aims to reduce internal resistance, which in turn leads to improved sound separation and overall clarity.
