At the core of the MD3 is the flagship ESS ES9039Q2M DAC chip, paired with quad ES9603Q amplifier chips in a true balanced architecture. This advanced setup ensures exceptional clarity, ultra-low distortion, and a clean as well as noise-free background for highly detailed sound reproduction. With output power reaching up to 180mW via the 4.4mm balanced port and ~75–80mW via 3.5mm, the MD3 easily drives IEMs and entry-level headphones with ease. The MD3 features a MagSafe-style magnetic design that securely attaches to compatible smartphones, creating a clean and compact audio setup. Sixteen N52 magnets in the back maintain a strong hold with user’s smartphone. The Hand-stitched leather and aluminium alloy isolation plate separates the PCB from the magnets, so you don’t have to worry about magnetic interference affecting sound quality. This eliminates messy cable management and keeps your setup streamlined for daily use. Its lightweight and pocket-friendly form factor makes it ideal for on-the-go listening, while still delivering premium performance without compromise.
