1. If the DAC is not used, it must be shut down. Excessive discharge will cause damage to the battery. When not using the product for a long time, it is recommended to turn it on and charge it every two months. <br>

2. If in low battery mode, charge for an hour before trying it out. In low battery mode, charging while playing will accumulate heat and easily damage the battery.
