CASE COMPATIBILITY: Wireless keyboard case is specially designed for full compatibility with Samsung Tab S6 Lite 10.4” (2022) SM-P613, SM-P619, Samsung Tab S6 Lite 10.4” (2020) SM-P610N, SM-P615, SM-P610, models. It is not compatible with any other model.

HOW TO CONNECT

  • Step 1: Before first use, we recommend charging the keyboard for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours.
  • Step 2: Please press ‘Fn + Z’ Keys to start pairing on the Keyboard. The Blue light will start blinking on the keyboard to show keyboard is in pairing mode.
  • Step 3: On your source device, select the ‘Settings’ icon.
  • Step 4: Navigate to ‘Bluetooth’ settings and turn on Bluetooth.
  • Step 5: Select ‘Refresh’ from the settings bar. Your keyboard (Bluetooth Keyboard) will show in the ‘Available Devices’ section.
  • Step 6: Select the keyboard and press Pair or hit enter. You are now connected!

Keyboard Feedback

I must say that this was a roller coaster ride till I got the product. I placed the order and the order was shipped via DTDC and then the delivery got delayed by about 3 days. Very disappointing. Customer care via WhatsApp chat also stopped responding when I asked about the delay in delivery. That is not a good sign when things go wrong. Finally got the product and got it setup. It is a good product. The keys are flimsy, need to be careful how hard you type on it. My biggest disappointment was that this was only worth Rs 999 and I ended up spending Rs. 2899. The box has the MRP printed as Rs. 999. I wrote back to customer care and again no response. I will think twice before using this platform to order anything. It is this substandard business practices and poor customer care that push people like me away form local online shopping portals. After-sales service or customer service is paramount for an online shopping platform.
