The F.audio FA5 DAP is a culmination of two years of refinement, featuring a brand-new system that enhances both functionality and operational speed. It boasts an ES9039SPRO DAC decoding chip and a self-developed high-fidelity analog amplifier circuit for superior audio quality. The amplifier composition includes 9 operational amplifiers and 4 current amplifiers (OPA561PWP) to provide a higher dynamic range and an overall superior listening experience. To achieve even better performance, the FA5 utilizes a 4+4 channel parallel connection method for ES9039SPRO PCM and DSD channels.

VERSATILE CONNECTIVITY AND COMPATIBILITY

F.audio FA5 Digital Audio Player offers a wide range of connectivity options and compatibility. For wired playback, it can handle high-resolution PCM audio up to 768KHz/32bit and DSD1024. The USB DAC is compatible with XMOS and UAC2.0, as well as UAC1.0 modes. In terms of operating systems, it works with Windows 10/11, Linux, iOS, and Android. For Windows systems specifically, it can be used with XMOS drivers and ASIO applications. For wireless playback, it supports SBC, AAC, APTX, APTX-LL, and APTXHD codecs.

F.audio FA5 DAP caters to a wide range of music lovers with its extensive format support. Audiophiles can enjoy high-resolution DSD formats up to DSD1024 in both DSF and DFF files. Firmware Upgrade

To upgrade the firmware, ensure the battery level is at least 30%. Download the firmware from (https://dw.convertfiles.com/files/0620382001722338261/fa5_6.8_20240620.tar) or Download manual PDF there you will get direct link for download and copy the upgrade file with the .pkf extension to the root directory of the TF card. Go to System Settings, select Firmware Upgrade, press the right key to choose "Confirm," and press the OK button to start the firmware upgrade.
