Wish come true

I had hoped to buy an Amazon Fire tablet ever since their launch in US many years ago. Unfortunately - Amazon never launched them in India and I had forgotten all about them. So imagine my surprise when I found the HDX 8.9 on sale on ConceptKart. The price seemed too good to be true and I was initially apprehensive. But I finally went for it and I'm so glad I did. It has unmatched specifications at this price range. Just two notes to potential buyers
- The tablet will not power up right out of the box. Charge it for 30 minutes or so and it will start
- Do not register on first boot
- Update FireOS to the latest version i.e. 5.7.0 and register/use the tablet only after that. This process will take some time as there are quite a few releases between the 4.x release that the tablet comes with and the 5.7.0 version that is the latest supported. But do the upgrades - it will be time and effort well spent
