7HZ - Salnotes Zero Wired IEM

Salnotes Zero has great details, sounds natural and wonderful tuning.
Design and comfort (5/5) : Very easy and comfortable to wear. cable is sturdy and quality is good. Ear-tips are weird but provide good isolation. You can replace ear-tips with wide bore tips to get better sound.
Sound (4.5/5) : Good sound-stage, instrument separation and sufficient bass.
Bass: Bass is good enough. Sub bass is slightly low with some rumble, mid-bass has good texture and volume.
Mids: Slightly recessed mids, Outstanding level of details. Good soundstage depth and imaging.
Treble: Excellent clarity and details.
Worth the Money: Absolutely..! (5/5)
Overall: 4/5
Comparisons:
1. BLON BL03 - Zero has better details and instrument separation, BLON has better bass definition and texture. I would prefer Zero for the price alone.
2. CCA CRA - Zero has better soundstage and details. CRA is has the best mid and sub bass in the entire segment.Zero has better clarity and even balance. Zero wins on overall sound quality. If you needs good bass and rumble go for CRA.
3. CCA NRA - Zero has better details and slightly wider sound stage and sounds natural. Treble in NRA is slightly sibilant sometimes but bass has good texture and details as compared to Zero. Zero clearly wins over NRA.
4. Moondrop Chu - Chu has better soundstage and sometimes better details. also. Zero has less forward mids than Chu and better Bass than Chu. Zero has better tuning as well as details. Zero has advantage of detachable cable and very comfortable fit as compared to Chu. In complex songs, Chu performs better than Zero. Even instruments sound better on Chu as compared to Zero. With right set of ear-tips I would go with Chu unless you want a detachable cable then Zero is obvious choice. Its a tie.

This is my first IEM, and the site I'm using for the first time. Current price is 1800, i bought for 2100 rs. Just few days ago. 14% price drop in few days!

The first time i listened this, it was bad experience and I didn't feel any bass and too bright for my taste, after using it for few days i felt the bass and it was balanced sound , still i feel little more bass would make it better. I was going to buy moondrop chu but the reviewers were saying it had even lower bass and very bright, so i avoided it.

Well even though 14% price drop the delivery was very speedy. No complaints, even got the nice updates on WhatsApp. Would like to order more items. Maybe moondrop aria after few months. I think this looks beautiful, since it is the first time I'm wearing this type of earphones it took some time to get adjusted. Now I'm listening it very frequently. Some songs with piano, guitar sounds amazingly clear and crisp. Overall nice experience, would like to experience other IEMs too.

You won’t be disappointed. It has great tuning and surprisingly the soundstage and imaging is good too. The only complaint I have is that it gets a bit uncomfortable after an hour but that’s because I have small ears, if you have normal sized ears then they should fit just fine. Also note that it has neutral tuning, and many people don’t really like neutral tuning, some people who I have given these earphones to say that it has too less bass for their liking. But overall, there’s nothing really bad to say

- Best tonality & clarity u can get, even better than some of the more expensive IEMs.
- Has sufficient bass. Plenty, even for listening to EDM. (You won't complain unless you're a basshead, in which case u should buy KZ/ CCA instead)
- Overall frequency response is very similar to apple airpods pro which is truly fabulous for something under 2k.
- Wire quality is very rugged yet soft. Also, removable which is a cherry on top.

this is my first IEM , before this i have used Sony Mdrxb50ap, Skullcandy smoking buds 2.0, oneplus bullets wireless z & jbl earphone

this IEM has tremendous amount of detail
bass is sufficient , mids are clean & highs are well rounded
great for gaming as well, good soundstage

high 8/10
for even 2000/- its a steal , you won't regret unless u want banging bass and no detail
just go for it.
