Please keep the product in its original condition with all accessories & packaging for a successful return. We may contact you to assess the damage or defect before issuing a replacement. Accessories like cables and eartips are not backed up the manufacturer's warranty.

The high frequency can reach treble extension that’s rich in detail, clear and sparkly, the mid can bring crisp vocals, rich and organic tones, whilst the bass driver gives deep controlled bass

3 WAY SYSTEM AND FINE TUNING: Precise tuning uses 5 professional-grade BA drivers to present a highly-refined music performer. An integrated professionally tuned three-way electronic crossover network that delivers every note created by the artiste and musician, with a balance of harmony and every subtle nuance. SUPERIOR MATERIAL AND CRAFTSMANSHIP: BA5 adopts high density magnesium alloy together with 5-axis CNC machining for the housing which can suppress undesirable internal resonance, making the overall sound warmer and more enticing

AIRFLOW REGULATING PRESSURE VENT AND NEW TYPE-C CONNECTOR: The airflow control helps equalize internal chamber pressure via the vent on the faceplate. Newly developed type-C connector can greatly protect the contact pins from accidental breakage to ensure longevity and better wearing stability 

ERGONOMIC DESIGN FOR ULTIMATE WEARING EXPERIENCE: The BA5 has a specially shaped front housing which is made in accordance to the contour of a human auricle for utmost stability, comfort and sound isolation

What is a Demo Unit?
Demo Unit is an opened unit which was open at our experience centre in Naraina Delhi. These units were opened for experience by people who are visiting our store. This includes everything from Keyboard cases to IEMs, and more.

What is the Condition of the Demo Unit?
Demo Units are listed only after testing by our team for being fully functional and without any issues. They might have a few scratches here or there, but they are usually in good condition.

What all are Included with Demo Units?
Most Demo units come with a full retail package (although unboxed). We might replace the stock accessories with equivalent products(eartips/manuals). The outer box might be replaced with a generic brown box or the retail box might be a little damaged. If anything is missing in any product, we will notify it on its product page please check before purchasing.

What is the Warranty on Demo Units?
Most Demo Units have six months of warranty through us. For any changes, we will be adding all the related details on the product listing, please check for any updates.

3 Months WARRANTY

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PREPAID ORDERS

We usually ship orders on same day if ordered before 2 pm or within 24 hours if ordered later (except on holidays/sunday, where processing times may be higher) from one of our domestic warehouses based out of Delhi. It normally takes around 1 to 5 business days for delivery. We use premium service partners such as Blue dart, DTDC and Delivery for faster and reliable service. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

In very rare cases when order is not received after 10 business days of shipment (extended by number of days when the govt. Restricts movement of goods due to factors such as coronavirus pandemic), please contact us and we will provide you a support.
