What is a Demo Unit?
Demo Unit is an opened unit which was open at our experience centre in Naraina Delhi. These units were opened for experience by people who are visiting our store. This includes everything from Keyboard cases to IEMs, and more.

What is the Condition of the Demo Unit?
Demo Units are listed only after testing by our team for being fully functional and without any issues. They might have a few scratches here or there, but they are usually in good condition.

What all are Included with Demo Units?
Most Demo units come with a full retail package (although unboxed). We might replace the stock accessories with equivalent products(cable/manuals). The outer box might be replaced with a generic brown box or the retail box might be a little damaged. If anything is missing in any product, we will notify it on its product page please check before purchasing.

What is the Warranty on Demo Units?
Most Demo Units have six months of warranty through us. For any changes, we will be adding all the related details on the product listing, please check for any updates.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PREPAID ORDERS

We usually ship orders on same day if ordered before 2 pm or within 24 hours if ordered later (except on holidays/sunday, where processing times may be higher) from one of our domestic warehouses based out of Delhi. It normally takes around 1 to 5 business days for delivery. We use premium service partners such as Blue dart, DTDC and Delivery for faster and reliable service. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
