  1. You need to use a charger and cable as per your laptop Power requirements.
  2. If your charger is 65W, then the charger and cable should also support 65W, else connector will not work.

Note: This is an adapter plug converter cable via USB Type C Female to laptops. You need one USB-C charger or power bank to support it. And your USB C adapter or power bank must have enough power (power) to charge your laptop. For example, your laptop is 19V3.42A 65W, your external battery or USB Type C charger must be at least 65w. Otherwise, it doesn't work.

Good product. Charging is good for Acer aspire, .. you can go for it, if you think the cost is okay.
