The 4.4 mm to 2.5 mm balanced pin really fits well and no loss of output and we didn't notice any unwanted interference. Good quality product.

Great quality, well built and transparent sounding

The adapter sounds essentially transparent throughout the frequency spectrum.
This is not the case with two higher priced adapters available elsewhere.
The build quality is great and should be able to take a good beating.
There's no movement/play when plugged in on either sides and they are neither too tight or loose; just about perfect.
The gold plating is standard but not the best though, and will start to wither upon repeated plug-ins and outs in a few months I reckon.
But, so is the case with most plugs I own and not a deal breaker.
So, for the price, I don't think it gets any better than this.
